22 KNOWN ISSUE #1 - "Format mismatch"
The following is a known issue so please do not submit a support ticket.
If you try to load a YouTube video and get a message on screen that says
"Format mismatch"
that means the format of the original video was not mp4 (as initially uploaded at YouTube) so try with
another video.
